The triangle lights on the battery indicate the battery needs to be balance charged, use the yellow connector along with the 12pin black cable to attach the battery to the charger to balance charge the battery. Once cells are properly balance charged, the error light will reset.
If the lights stay on, balance charge the battery using the "Storage" mode to return the battery to storage charge level (3.8v per cell) and this will reset the error lights.
