There are generally two possible issues that users run into with the Herelink;
It is 5GHz wifi only - It will not detect 2.4GHz Wifi.
The 5GHz channels can get reset to the wrong country.
Confirm that you have 5GHz wireless available. Also, If you do have 5Ghz wireless you may need to go to the radio settings and change the region to someplace else, and then back to the US.
